Great way to get into the Christmas Spirit. An excellent tour. Bus arrived on time and our tour guide, Millie, was excellent. She was very enthusiastic and full of Christmas spirit. During our trip she would point out many points of interest and provide us with very interesting information. Allowed plenty of time for us to enjoy this amazing neighbourhood and to ask plenty of questions. Highly recommend this tour.
Wonderful trip to Dyker Heights. On Sunday, December 8,2019, my wife and I took the Dyker Heights Christmas Tour. The tour bus picked us up in front of the Stewart Hotel. It was a very nice bus and on time. Millie was our tour guide and did a terrific job of explaining sites on our way to Brooklyn. We had never been to Brooklyn before and was very impressed with the Dyker Heights neighborhood. It’s very crowed with tourists viewing the beautiful Christmas decorations, the NYPD was there to direct traffic. We got out of the bus and followed Millie around the neighborhood and were just amazed with how each home was adorned with dazzling lights, characters, etc. After an hour we reboarded the bus and they took us to the DUMBO section of Brooklyn, just beneath the Brooklyn Bridge. The view of NYC at night was spectacular. The only suggestion I have for the tour company is to drop off passengers back at the original point of pickup. As it was we were dropped off at the Empire State Bldg and had to walk a couple of blocks back to the Penn Station. We had a wonderful day visiting the Big Apple and Royal City Tours had a big part in making it so.
Fantastic Trip. Fantastic houses covered in thousands of lights probably like you’ve never seen before. To end it some fantastic photo opportunities of the Manhattan sky line at night.
